True Fitness (TF/TFX/Yoga edition) reload

Somehow, I am not able to find the old True Fitness thread. 
Thus, let's have a TF/TFX/YE thread reload! 
 
Glad to be back in the gym and re-started my gym routine after ... more than 5 years of hiatus? 
Still see some old faces at Millenia Walk (MW). 
Still see a few old PT there. 
Some get hotter, many got heavier (hehe), some remain '十年如一日'. 
Glad to be back (despite the lousy lockers at MW).
