Safest park and best time ?

Me and partner wants to to in open field or public parks. What are the more safer parks ? What time do you recommend ?

 

We don't mind if other people cruising around.

so far i have tried east coast park and pasir ris park. mostly the timing would be around 1 am till 4am

Try labrador park after 10pm

 

mount Faber is good if u drive, after 1am.
